the location was very central. the staff offered a water as i checked out! the spa was amazing too.
My room was a nice size. there wasn't even a biscuit with my coffee.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. i received a welcome drink upon arrival (it was a nice touch). the rooms were super clean and well appointed. i visited the deck on floor 12 and the views were great.
the door to the balcony was very heavy and not easy to open. there was not a lot of space for clothes in the room. the loo and separate shower had frosted glass doors. you could hear people using the facilities.

the architecture is unique and the room was very large and nicely decorated i had a balcony overlooking the city the rooftop bar provided a great view staff at the front desk were very helpful and i appreciated the early check in
for two nights i could not sleep because the ac was very weak even with the window open and it being cool outside it still felt warm and stuffy inside i had the worst two nights sleep i can't get back every time i went to the bathroom lights came on automatically i asked them to put tape over the light sensors the rooms are very small and there is no separate bathroom which is annoying for a couple

The staff were really good and ensured we were taken care of. We were given champagne and a lovely gentleman took us to our room. He even gave us a tour. Each staff member were pretty good .
I didn't like the fact we were given a room that looks nothing like what was advertised online. I also did not like the fact that we would be receiving free breakfast due to this. we ended being charged anyway. I think that nobody really communicated with each other regarding the guests.
